Kids -- and the young at heart -- should come out early for storytelling and magic. COVID-19 has forced us to put face-painting on hold this year.

Thriller Dance Lessons

What? You don't know the steps to Michael Jackson's "Thriller"? Then come on out for an 30 minutes of instruction provided by the Michael Jackson Tribute Artist Extraordinaire Moses Harper.

"Thriller" Demonstration and Video Presentation

There is only one place to be at 6:20 pm on Halloween night -- the plaza of the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. (Harlem) State Office Building. Join us for an impromptu Thriller Flash Mob. After the flash mob, we'll play the legendary "Thriller" video.
